We’re Burger Head, a gourmet burger brand from Sydney that was opened by fine dining chefs. After years of working in Sydney’s best restaurants like Momofuku Seiobo, Quay and Ormeggio we left the fine dining world and decided to use our knowledge of ingredients, attention to detail and love of food and pour that into the humble hamburger.

Absolute joke. Owners are having a laugh. Had a “mushroom” and kale burger from the Burger Head truck while at One Drop Brewery. $17 for the burger alone. It was the weakest effort I’ve ever seen.
Just a bland bun with about a tablespoon worth of this weird shredded mushroom & bbq sauce concoction, bone dry awful salty kale chunks which turned into dust upon the first bite and boring shredded lettuce. That was it.
I can’t illustrate how insubstantial the burger was other than to say when I gripped it in my hands, it just looked like I had been given a plain bread bun. The bun was about 85% of the total contents.
Awful effort and extremely overpriced. Shameful.

Ordered the classic cheese for $19- it came without advertised onion after a long wait. Better value burgers out there in my opinion.
