About Us
We’re Burger Head, a gourmet burger brand from Sydney that was opened by fine dining chefs. After years of working in Sydney’s best restaurants like Momofuku Seiobo, Quay and Ormeggio we left the fine dining world and decided to use our knowledge of ingredients, attention to detail and love of food and pour that into the humble hamburger.

In 2017 we opened our first store in Penrith that went absolutely WILD! Since then we grew to four restaurants across Sydney and two food trucks, however, since Covid, the hospitality industry has faced many challenges and in 2023 we made the tough decision to shut down our brick and mortar locations to focus on private events.
